First licensed in 1980, John Hughes Cooper has many years experience in the real estate brokerage business. Mr. Cooper is also engaged in the private practice of law as an attorney licensed in South Carolina and Georgia. Mr. Cooper has many years direct experience in the real estate investment, development, and brokerage businesses. As an attorney, Mr. Cooper has represented Sellers, Buyers, Lenders, and others in real estate transactions and has 5 years lending experience for a mortgagee. As a Real Estate Broker, Mr. Cooper has represented Sellers and Buyers, primarily in transactions involving residential and rural properties, mostly in the South Carolina Lowcountry. Since 1987, Mr. Cooper has lived on Sullivan's Island with his wife, Jane, and sons.
